Leonard C. Koldin has over 40 years of experience in estate planning and Medicaid law. Leonard C. Koldin is a graduate of Syracuse University and Syracuse University College of Law.
He has been a guest speaker at over 500 seminars, including the New York State Bar Association, State and County Government Agencies, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Professional Organizations, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Alzheimer’s Support Groups, and Senior Centers throughout New York State.
Mr. Koldin is a Member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Elder Law, Trust & Estates and Trial Lawyers sections of the New York State Bar Association.
He is the author of the Koldin Report on ElderLaw, a past Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Association of CNY and is the former Chief Attorney for Onondaga County Department of Social Services.
He is a Participating Attorney with the AARP Legal Services Network.

Scott E. Koldin graduated Cum Laude from the University of Rochester and the Syracuse University College of Law. He was an Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney and a partner at the law firm of Cambareri, Cambareri & Koldin, LLP prior to joining the Koldin Law Center. Scott was the recipient of the 1991 American Jurisprudence Award in the area of Professional Responsibility from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association.

Mark N. Schulman has been associated with the Koldin Law Center, P.C. for over 13 years. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the Western New England College, School of Law. Mark is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Estate Planning, a member of the NY State and American Bar Associations and a member of the ElderLaw and Trust & Estates Sections of the NY State Bar Association.

Harvey R. Lasner has been associated with the Koldin Law Center, P.C. for over 18 years. He was formerly the Supervising Administrative Law Judge for the NY State Department of Social Services for 13 years and was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York for 4 years. He is a member of the National Academy of ElderLaw Attorneys, the New York State and American Bar Associations. He has been a guest speaker for various nursing homes, hospitals and senior advocacy groups throughout NY State.
